By embracing and engaging our inherent inner knowledge, we can gain access to a very powerful tool- the ability to resist illness, and heal oneself naturally. Becoming aware of high stress levels, and being in tune with our past, and the effect both have on the mind, body and spirit, are just the lower steps we need to climb in order to become a balanced, healthy being and less susceptible to illness. What foods we consume, what vitamins we take, and what sleep we get (or don�t get), also play a big roll in healing what ails us. There are many practices that can help lead us to a higher level of awareness, but you must find what works for you. So open your mind to some knew ideas, and remember, knowledge is power.
