All programming is customized, based on your personal goals and current fitness level. Whether for fitness or weight loss, our professional coaches will personalize your every session. PAY PER-SESSION TRAINING / as low as $20 per session
You get the same professional service as in the Unlimited Membership, but work at your own pace with our Per Session Training option. Members can spread your sessions out, and use them at their convenience. Great option for really busy people or long distance members.


CLUB ORIENTATION
New members must go through our Club Orientation at the start of their membership. This comprehensive training is a 3-session, one-on-one course with a certified Kettlebell Performance Coach, and it serves as the foundation of all future progression. Their is a one-time only fee of $150, but the course is free with our yearly, upfront membership. Once you've completed the course, open membership begins. membership options
