I'm Mike Stefano, American Kettlebell Club Master Coach and Trainer. I can provide you access to ancient kettlebell training secrets that will change the way you look at exercise forever. For the last few years I've studied closely with kettlebell world champion and AKC Head Coach, Valery Fedorenko (go to: Valery Video), world's undisputed leading expert on kettlebell lifting, and I can deliver to you the Fedorenko Method at its purest level.

As a Master Trainer, I can also offer you the official WKC Fitness License, as well as non-license workshop. This elite level training legally provides you with the world-wide WKC Fitness Trainer's License in a hands-on, information-intensive, one-day event.

OFFICIAL WKC FITNESS LICENSE WORKSHOP: $646
WKC / AKC methodology is all about learning technique in the basic movements. In this class you'll learn AKC / Fedorenko Technique, how to Swing, Clean, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Snatch, and Long Cycle. The finer points of the Rack, Hook Grip, and Overhead Lockout are also covered, while the Fitness Program puts it all together in an easy to follow 20-level progression. This training is only available through a World Kettlebell Club Master Trainer.

MASTER COACHING: $125/HR
Are you ready for the most advanced training possible? I can provide those motivated athletes one-on-one coaching to take their kettlebell lifting to the highest level imaginable. This is the most advanced training I provide, and with the right coach / athlete connection, off-the-chart results can be achieved. You can purchase a block of 10 sessions for $1000. TOP INSTRUCTOR KETTLEBELL TRAINING: $75/HR
My staff of WKC trainers and AKC coaches allows the ECKC to provide you with more options and budget variations. My highly trained staff have extensively trained with me for over two years. Trainer Joe and Trainer Chris are highly qualified in the Fedorenko Method and have also worked with Valery. This is a chance to learn from the top instructors on my team. ECKC MINI-WORKSHOP:$225
For those not ready to take the full plunge, I offer a 90-minute Mini-Workshop scheduled at your convenience, at my gym on Long Island, NY. The cost of the session is $225 and that includes one Professional Grade Kettlebell™. Fee can be paid at the door, or you can pre-pay with a credit card. ECKC TRAINING DAY: $150
If you've been exposed to kettlebell lifting, you know that getting together with experienced coaches and athletes can accelerate learning and overall progress. This will truly be a day of learning.
