Michael Stefano is the author and creator of The Firefighter's Workout (HarperCollins 2000), and has a vast background in the field of fitness and weight loss (ACE certified). Mike is also editor-in-chief of FireFightersWorkout.com and Train For Life Newsletter, as well as a contracted fitness consultant to select departments (both large and small). His book and programs have been met with rave reviews.

FDNY captain (retired), Michael has been designing superior fitness and weight loss systems for men and women from all walks of life for over 2 decades.
